This refund policy is emplaced with the objective to satisfy any issues or obstacles that may appear in many instances and accidents that happen on the company’s supervision. As such, we, That Counter Servin LLC, will do our due diligence to prevent any instances where you, The client, is left unsatisfied with any aspect of our services which may include but not limited to, The website, Our scheduling, The Service day and any products purchased from our website or in person. This refund policy may also be used from the client side provided no circumstances may disqualify or void this policy through this policy webpage or any written contracts or materials that can conflict with such. therefore these policies are set forth as a guide and reference for any informational purposes and research

Any products purchased from this website, Not services, And are originally from this company and its authorized retailers or service personnel, is returnable for a 30-Day period, Including Any holidays or Calender days. Additionally, Any Products that ship or are delivered damaged, Defective or destroyed and is within reasonable condition of initial packaging, may be offered a replacement at No Cost to the buyer or a Full Refund of the originallyt invoicing price. This aspect of the Refund policy is not applicable to Custom Products such as engraving Jobs, Consumables, or any Final sale items or items marked “Clearance”. This policy is also voidable if product is used as intended and results in general Wear and Tear. Additiionally, The Refund policy is also voidable if the customer is negligent on using said product or mishandling it beyond what the product is originally capable of or instructed of. This policy only warrants Refunds if applicable, of the reciept value of the item and will not reimburst any discounts or Sale pricing that affects the original price of said item.

Anytime ‘That Counter Servin’ must cancel or is a “No-show” to the scheduled Service Day that was booked and purchased for, deposited a down payment or reserved for, The Client is Warranted and Eligible for a Full 100% Refund of initial funds or to original payment method that was used to book said Servicing. This includes Any instances where it is within the company’s Control and oversight or any negligence of the service day that results in catastrophic circumstance. Additionally, this policy guarantees the service will be carried out from the scheduled day the client selects and the hours of service requested and paid for. This policy however, does not protect against any “acts of god”, Unforeseen circumstance that is client sided, cancellation of event but service day is carried out from the company, or any accidents or unsafe work conditions are created from the client’s End of the Contract. This policy in these cases and cases discussed with our legal department and management may elect to void this policy or to honor it depending on circumstances. Regardless of outcome, This portion of the refund policy is voidable if these conditions highlighted or arose in the supervision of the client.

This policy is subject to modification, Updates, Removal or nullification whenever The company Sees fit.
