    Counter Servers are positioned staff that serve the client and their guests bottle service, beverage delivery and can serve within a limited capacity at the mobile bar. Usually they open and serve Bottled and canned Beverages. Additionally they have less experience and knowledge compared to a Bartender and are usually assigned to serve tables or assdigned an area to serve guests desires

    Bartenders are highly trained and experienced connoisseurs that manage and serve the Mobile bar in a full and complete Bar experience that guests will be familiar with. Creating Craft cocktails, sharing insightful suggestions for beverages, pouring and serving in a quick and efficient manner. Bartenders are highly coveted and experienced staff members and are essential for creating memorable experiences with our services

  • Our bottle service add-ons can range from simple elegant pouring of wines to extravagant and high level eventful bottle showcasings that you may see or experienced in nightclubs, Bars, and any High count events that allow purchasing high level bottle service

    We always strive to perform to the absolute best and more with bottle service and craft your perfect package with this add-ln to make your event even more memorable

  • Yes! a few options and benefits exist. primarilly through our discounts for First responders and US Veterans. additionally, our Free consulatations allow for the client to offer certain equipment such as dedicated Bar setup, Ice, Certain containers and Any applicable and items that conform to Health code and policy and procedurs emplaced in exchange for reducing or waiving certain pricing and fees.

Do your pricing include any distilled spirits & liquors?

That Counter Servin’ operates as a “Dry Hire” Business, therefore, We do not whole-sell any Distilled Spirits, Liquor and wine needed.

However, when you hire our services, we provide you with a comprehensive shopping list and guide on how and where you may purchase the spirits and liquors needed to setup your event with us. We are here to help streamline and make it as easy as possible

Do you offer any non alcoholic servicing?

Yes! We offer a Non alcoholic Packages that we customize based on your desires and Event Needs such as Milkshakes, Sodas, Root Beer floats, Or as simple as pouring Ice Cold Lemonade! The three tiered package system applies to non alcoholic beverages options

  • Every Staff member has a California State issued RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) Certification along with Quality Training and policy and procedure education from our Company and its resources.

    Select Staff members are also Trained through the International Bartenders association (IBA) to further enhance their skills and qualifications and are distinguished as such with a special lapel pin

    Additionally, each Staff member is selected based on experience and commitment to making your event extraordinary and unforgettable

  • Yes> When Booking and being serviced by our Company and its proprietors, you are covered through our company insurance provider and also through our Refund policy. For details, please consult with our consultation Team

  • We offer a Three tiered Package Price with a highlighted Detail of whats included before tailoring it to your event’s specifications. We also customize these packages with any additional add-ons based on the Free consultation such as an Additional Bartender, Mixers, Bottle Services and/or Special services as ordered

  • we release select promotions on a routine basis and as well as during the holidays based on consumer markets

    We Currently only offer discounts for First Responders, Veterans and select clients - Valid Government issued ID or documentation required to take advantage of said promotions

  • As required by California Law and the Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) regulations, we are required to ID any individuals who appear underage to prevent any underage drinking of alcoholic beverages

    We additionally reserve the right to refuse service of alcoholic beverages to anyone who is underaged or fail to provide valid Government ID

  • We Offer a 1-week Cancellation policy to account for any reason. Full refunds may be issued if the service is cancelled 7 days before a service day is scheduled for. Any cancellation attempts after the 7 day gap will only result in our services being cancelled and your payment being forfeited.

  • We love to work with many clients with unique and special needs for their events. We will do our absolute best to make our services be the highlight to your event

    We also encourage asking us if we can do an idea you may have for your event to be serviced with us such as a special movie cocktail, Bottle Service, or even custom themed Bar setups!

  • We do our absolute best to not require them when servicing your event. However, because unforseen circumstances exist and are always possible, we have developed a cancellation policy and a refunds & Compensations policy which can be found by clicking the respective links

    In summary, if circumstance falls on our End, we will do our best to compensate or issue a refund for any mishaps or issues arised. If any issues or problems arise from the clients side or guests, We will do our best to work with you in coming up wiuth a solution, hiowever, please note we may not issue any compensation or Refund if our investigation does not constitute such.
